Job Title: Audio Sales Specialist
Audio Lounge is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Audio Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Audio Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including setting up and demonstrating the best Hi-Fi and AV equipment.
Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, setting up and demonstrating equipment, and dealing with enquiries from different digital platforms.
Maintaining a safe and attractive environment for both customers and staff, and ensuring a ‘best in class’ experience is delivered to all customers.
Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the store by performing tasks such as inventory management and visual merchandising.
Continuously expanding knowledge of audio and AV products through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
Passionate and knowledgeable about music, movies, and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Prior sales experience preferred but not required
