Meze Liric (2nd Generation) Isodynamic Hybrid Array Headphone

Meze presents the worthy successor to their original closed-back isodynamic headphone featuring hybrid array drivers, magnetic detachable ear pads and a unique pressure equalisation system.

The Meze Liric II is a high-end portable headphone sporting a closed-back circumaural design along with MZ4 hybrid array drivers, created in collaboration with Rinaro Isodynamics.

Unlike the neutral black cups of its predecessor, Liric II features hardwood Macassar ebony cups, accented by gold and brown stripes for a warm and truly striking presentation.

Each Liric II model ships with multiple cable types to cater for a wide range of audiophile source components. A 4.4mm terminated copper PCUHD cable is included for balanced duties, while a longer 3.5mm TPE cable is on hand for unbalanced sources (including a 6.35mm gold plated adaptor).

A premium hand-braided copper cable now serves as the stock cable for LIRIC. Meze focused its efforts towards enhancing the listening experience, offering a 4.4 mm termination premium cable suitable for most portable headphone amplifiers, as well as a 3 m soft TPE cable with a 3.5 mm jack, ideal for home headphone setups.

Award-winning technology

LIRIC features the state-of-the-art technology developed by Rinaro, re-engineered for day-to-day use. The MZ4 Isodynamic Hybrid Array driver was purposefully scaled down and tuned to deliver a similar audio experience with its larger counterparts found in the Empyrean II and Elite.

Combined with the closed-back design, it helps preserve the original clarity and emotion of your favorite music through enhanced sound and minimised external noise. Each driver is entirely hand-assembled and tested by in Rinaro’s industrial facility in Ukraine.
